Discretion isn't a feature we added to this website — it's how Harvesters Gold operates. This policy explains, in plain language, what information we collect through this site, why, and what we do (and never do) with it.
What we collect
When you send an inquiry, we collect what you provide: your name, phone number, email address (optional), your preferred store, what you're looking to sell, your message, and any photos you choose to attach. If you call or text us, we receive your phone number and whatever you share with us directly.
Why we collect it
For one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and, if you choose, to schedule and prepare for your private appointment. Photos you attach help us prepare for exactly what you're bringing in.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their marketing. We do not add you to mailing lists you didn't ask for. Details of what you own, what you sold, and what you were paid stay between you and us.
How it's stored
Inquiries are transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and stored in an access-controlled database. Photos are stored in a private bucket that is not publicly accessible. Access is limited to the owners.
Cookies & analytics
This site stores a single preference in your browser (your light/dark theme choice). If we measure site traffic, we use privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics that do not track you across the web.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information you've submitted. Call (402) 730-3404 or email HarvestersCB@gmail.com and we'll take care of it personally.
Who we are
Harvesters Goldis the consumer brand of Harvesters Coin & Bullion LLC (Omaha, NE) and Harvesters Coin & Jewelry Exchange (Missouri City, TX).
