Why we work by appointment — and what yours will feel like

We're not a walk-in counter, and that's deliberate. An appointment means one client at a time, complete discretion, and enough time to actually explain what you have. Here's the whole experience, start to finish.

  1. Reach out

    Call, text, or send an inquiry with a few photos. Every client is personally vetted — it keeps the experience safe, private, and unhurried for everyone.

    Why the vetting? Because privacy and security cut both ways. It protects your visit — no strangers in a lobby watching what you carry in — and it means we've prepared for exactly what you're bringing.

  2. Get scheduled

    We'll set a private appointment at our Omaha or Houston office. One client at a time. No waiting room, no walk-ins.

  3. Understand what you have

    We go through your items together, piece by piece — what they are, how they're valued, and why. Questions welcome. No offer until you understand everything on the table.

  4. A fair offer, paid immediately

    If you choose to sell, payment is immediate. If a piece is worth more elsewhere, we'll say so and point you in the right direction.
